The project staff team is based at Heriot Watt University.
The TReSI Project Board, with membership from participating universities throughout Scotland, oversees the work of the staff team.

Nina is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of TReSI, including preparing timelines, project work plans and ensuring that deadlines are met. She works part-time hours, usually Monday to Wednesday.

Rustam leads on analysing data and developing tools to deliver strategic and operational change across the project partners.
