The project staff team is based at Heriot Watt University.

The TReSI Project Board, with membership from participating universities throughout Scotland, oversees the work of the staff team.

Nina Smith, Project Manager

Nina is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of TReSI, including preparing timelines, project work plans and ensuring that deadlines are met. She works part-time hours, usually Monday to Wednesday.

Rustam Rakhmanov, Business Analyst

Rustam leads on analysing data and developing tools to deliver strategic and operational change across the project partners.

Christy Brewster, Communications and Engagement Officer

Christy works across partner universities to ensure project stakeholders are engaged in and aware of the project’s work and outputs. She works part-time, usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
